‘One person and one painting’, which measures 16.8m × 4.3m, is a public art project, not dissimilar in idea to the Nanluoguxiang project on Line 8.
In this tiled array, 145 individual images provided by the general public have been printed onto aluminium and cut by the artist to create what he has described as a means to break through the social status, cultural identity and other attributes, emphasizing one painting and one dream of a harmonious society.
