‘Student memory’ by Wu Dingyu and Wei Xin, is a collection of bronze and stainless steel images across the two platforms that are billed as an interactive public art work.
The public are invited to scan a QR code next to each image to learn more.
The station is close to a number of universities, and these scenes are meant to represent typical living at these educational establishments.
The artwork may well be clever, but personally I think they are all quite horrid, and no one I have spoken to appears to like them one iota!
