Huang Village West Street Station has a painted steel mural called ‘Full of Joy’, which has silhouette figures – made in the tradition of paper cutting – dancing the dragon dance as well as modern and ballroom dancing, with children running about.
The use of front and rear staggered ‘paper cutting’ in the steel gives the whole image a 3D feel to it.
