Continuing the Olympic theme, this station has a few more glass etchings (designed like the Olympic Sports station by the Central China Academy of Fine Art)... The platform screen doors are uniformly printed with marine animal patterns such as starfish, tropical fish and corals, alluding to the the National Aquatics Centre, known as the "Water Cube".
while the overhead lighting also pays lip service to the National Aquatics Centre, with the suspended ceiling of the platform layer designed to be deformed by water blisters.
