Yinghai Station is the terminal station at the southern end of Line 8.
The station name comes from the nearby "Yinghaizhuang".
Above the escalator at Exit A, there is a mural "Homeland" created by the painter Zhu Tiechuan who was born in Yinghai. It has a green background, representing a clear lake, and several green maple leaves are rippling freely on the lake. In the centre, the silhouettes of elk and swifts can be seen .
