Jinanqiao station is located in New Shougang where the Organising Committee of the Winter Olympics was set up.
The wall of the station hall of Jin'anqiao's Line 6 side is decorated with patterns such as skiing and skating to echo the 2022 Winter Olympics held in Shougang Park. The old silent blast furnace and factory buildings in Shougang Park were transformed into winter Olympic training venues for short track speed skating, figure skating, curling, and ice hockey. On the side of Qunming Lake, a snowboard jumping platform was also built for the winter games.
This mural is called " Rhythmic Life" and was designed by Guo Liming. At 5.5 metres, it is made of forged metal with mosaic splicing; it depicts the interaction between characters in sports through games.
