Beijing Wuzi University is close to this station, but it’s not clear what this pastoral scene has to do with a centre of academia.
The mural has four parts: from right to left... the birds in spring, the dragonfly and lotus in summer, a chrysanthemum in autumn and plum blossom in winter.
There are also four quotes (written in red) from ancient poetry referring to the four seasons.
